Dr. Styliani Papatzani is a civil engineer who specializes in reinforced concrete design, strengthening of monuments and nanotechnology. She has completed 3 Master Courses (Imperial College, UK and NTUA, Greece), a PhD (University of Bath, UK) and postdoctoral studies (NTUA, Greece). She is a senior engineer at the Greek Ministry of Culture and Sports and acts as a consultant/specialist in a number of professional committees. Over 20 years of professional experience is allowing her to identify key research areas and She is topic editor for Materials, MDPI, an accredited reviewer for Elsevier and has performed over 130 reviews for 29 scientific journals. Since 2015 she has published more than 40 journal papers and book chapters receiving an h-index of 12. Styliani currently serves as an adjunct professor at the Hellenic Army Academy and the University of West Attica.
